Lo dicho continúo a pesar del pasotismo y la generalización estimular de mis compis de viaje.
La excursión por el increíble bosque de cedros de Azrou parte del desplazamanieto en camioneta de cuando se hacía la mili con lanza, pero no nos engañemos!! con un encanto que hasta el más Steve sería capaz de verlo!!!.
Todo empezó muy amistosamente entre los montañeros y sus espléndidos guías jamalinos.

Una vez recorridos los 11 Km, en la peugeot con barras de protección lateral en ambos lados, que nos separaban del inicio del camino, justo antes de adentrarnos en el mismo ya surgió algo a modo de augurio que más tarde comentaré y que cuyo incidente no me gustaría soslayar.
De los dos bizarros guías, uno de ellos, el muy zaino, rápidamente hizo mutis por el foro y regresóse a su rutina cotidiana a la par que cómoda, dejános cual vilmente sin medio de transporte y sin guía experienciado.
Quedándose pues, el jamalino intrépido de túnica burdeos y zapatos de semi-charol, color azabache, que recordaban a los martinelli tallados, de una época pasada.
Lejos de presagiar ni lo más mínimo, emprendimos "derrotero"(palabra usada a propósito) en el iconfundible olor de los cedros, encinas(especial y nostálgicamente conocidas para mí) y pinares, donde cuya fauna de jabalíes(que no vimos, pero sí sus pasos) y monos(resabiados, resultante de tanto turista), nos dejaban atónitos ante tanto paisaje frondoso y esencia de natura.
Nuestra primera parada fue ante un rebaño de ovejas, donde ya cada uno hacía de las suyas, el incomprarable Guti haciendo malabares con unos predruscos calizos y gorro improvisado de camuflaje; Ymmy cámara en mano, creando fotos increíbles de las que luego nos aprovecahríamos todos; Julius perdiéndose entre los árboles y la nieve(sí, sí nieve); Óscar examinándo las heces de los posibles habitantes de la tierra y dándonos una clase magistral al resto de indoctos en el tema.
Retomando el camino, transcurrieron unos cuantos Km, no sabría decir cuantos, hicimos la paradinha del almuerzo y reponer fuerzas, que más tarde nos flaquearían por circunstancias ajenas a nosostros.
Después de bajar por una senda un tanto compleja por la inclinación de la montaña, acabámos en una montaña pero de rocas en sí y cuando digo rocas, es que era eso y sólo eso, rocas calizas donde no veías más que una y otra y otra... y de suelo llano ni hablar y menos aún de hierba, tierra, barro, arcilla o una pizca de arena, pero el descenso aunque costoso fue tremendamente divertido.
De pronto, salimos a la carretera y Silvia y yo vimos un cartel que decía Azrou justo en sentido contrario al indicado por el jamalino temerario, lo cual nos hizo dudar pero nos dejamos llevar sin más, dado el interés de este de enseñarnos una haima en una zona espectacular. La caminata se hacía cada vez más larga, pero como el paisaje que íbamos invitaba a la imaginación e introspección, nos daba lo mismo,donde el pensamiento lógico-tangencial no tenía cabida en esos momentos.
Tras una llanura preciosa cubierta por un manto verde, miscelánea de flores, avistamos un lugareño, al cual se dirigió nuestro guía, de cuya charla sólo pillamos la palabra Azrou, y la posterior indicación, dedo en alza, apuntando la dirección correcta a seguir, ante lo cual barruntamos la posibilidad que pudiéramos estar perdidos.
Efectivamente tras continuar un poco sentimos que nuestro barruntamiento, presagio, presentimiento o lo que fuera, era cierto, perdimos al resto de los compañeros! quedándonos tan sólo Pilar, Silvia, Julio, jamalino y servidora, aunque más tarde averiguaríamos que esa no era nuestra ultima angustia y temor, quedaba el referido a la pérdida en la niebla montaña abajo. Rápidamente avisamos al mismo y este, con cara de haber visto al mismísimo Alá, faz desencajada, pupilas midriáticas, pero con semblante imperturbable,remangó sus refajos a fin de conseguir mayor capacidad de zancada y salío en su búsqueda, mientras Julio se disponía a rodear la montaña por lado contrario al jamalino para asi dar cubierta esa zona, haciendo alarde de sus increíbles cuerdas vocales y consecuente grito al viento para encrontralos, como cual loba aulla en el espesor de la niebla para localizar a sus cahorros.
Situación angustiosa donde las haya, pero finalmente los encontraron y estábamos todos de nuevo juntos, no sin antes, nuestro intrépido guía hincó rodilla en suelo arcilloso, manchándose su emblemática túnica, persignandose y dando gracias a su dios por ser tan grande:"Alá es grande, Alá es grande",refería el jamalino, y no se hizo esperar el consecuente estremecimiento de los que allí presenciábamos semejante escena, cargada de un marcado componente emocional.
Al continuar la marcha comenzaron los nervios, la niebla se nos echaba encima, a penas se divisaba algo a 30 o 40 metros y nuestra senda, acantilado abajo, donde la única posibilidad era la escalada para sortear el precipicio que teníamos a nuestros pies.
ASí lo hicimos, no sin antes el apoyo de los montañeros más duchos,Peibol(alias mesiás, por su luz en esos momentos) y Óscar (alias comité de alientos). Una vez ya en terreno más llano sin tanto precipicio y con algo menos de niebla los ánimos decaían por momentos aunque con el apoyo incesante de nuestros "montis" expertos que tuvieron la genial idea de comenzar a cantar para minimizar tensiones. Lo que cantaban no era relevante: pipi clazas-largas, heidi, marco, canciones parroquianas... , daba igual, lo importante era eso, CANTAR.
Dede aquí en nombre de más de uno y una, cuyos nombres no desvelaré, porque discreción es mi segundo nombre, GRACIAS ÓSCAR Y PABLO, por aquellos momentos, gracias amigus!!.
Finlamente tocamos tierra firme, saliendo a una barriada un tanto lúgubre e infortunada, que rápidamente nuestro Ymmy, con esa celeridad intelectual que le carcteriza, lo bautizó de la mejor forma posible como: EL POZO DEL TÍO MORUNO.
